Lindsay Beaupre has served as Senior Vice President of People and Culture at LB Pharmaceuticals since December 2025. Ms. Beaupre oversees all aspects of People and Culture including Leadership and Strategy, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development, Employee Engagement and Culture, Performance Management and Organizational Development , Total Rewards, and HR Compliance and Risk Management as the company accelerates towards commercialization. Ms. Beaupre is a strategic and results-driven People and Culture executive with an extensive track record in the biotech and financial services sectors, driving organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and cultural clarity. She partners closely with executive teams to build high-performing organizations during periods of growth and change.
Most recently Ms. Beaupre was the Chief Administrative Officer at Lyndra Therapeutics, where she led enterprise-wide people and operational initiatives. Ms. Beaupre served as a People and Culture leader at Vertex Pharmaceuticals where she played a key role in deploying human capital strategies for the chief financial officer, general counsel, chief risk and compliance officer and their global leadership teams. Prior to joining Vertex, Ms. Beaupre served as Senior Director of human resources at ImmunoGen, where she managed the implementation of a company-wide performance management system and provided onsite professional development and leadership training. Ms. Beaupre also held multiple HR roles of increasing responsibility at Fidelity Investments and State Street Corporation.
Ms. Beaupre holds a Bachelor of Science in management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. A busy mom of three teenagers, Ms. Beaupre loves spending time at the beach with her family and running 5K’s.
